By using Catholic World, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided in the app.
Acceptable Use
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application
You agree not to post content that is hateful, abusive, or contrary to Catholic teaching
You may not use the app to harass, threaten, or deceive other users
You may not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
You agree to use the community features in a spirit of charity and fraternal respect
Content Ownership
Content you create (notebook entries, posts, prayer requests) remains yours. By posting in community spaces, you grant Catholic World a limited license to display that content to other users as intended by the feature. You may delete your content at any time.
Disclaimers
Catholic World is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind
We are not responsible for the accuracy of parish schedules or event information entered by users or parishes
The app is a tool to support your faith — it does not replace the sacraments or pastoral guidance
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
